How we can help
Our services include reviewing the will or in the event the testator passed away without a will, advising on letters of administration, taking instructions on all assets and liabilities and if necessary collecting assets and paying any liabilities, getting together documents for probate and distribution of the estate to beneficiaries including if necessary transfer of property.
Will & Enduring Power of Attorney preparation
We are also able to assist preparation of a non-complicated will and Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) as well as reviewing binding nominations in your superannuation policy. These documents we will offer to prepare on a fixed fee basis at $300 per document or as a package $550 for a simple will and EPOA.
